Oarjemus Stubbá is a small mountain that pays big dividends. From the top you can look out over the entire Muddus/Muttos National Park. The Stubbá and Sjávnja nature reserves lie to the west. Sarek’s snow-clad peaks appear on the horizon. You quickly gain height and hear the sound of the cars passing below. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up, and the terrain is so easy that it suits school classes and families with children.
Between March and July the summit is a bird protection area, so take the opportunity to ski up before that, or go hiking in August, September and October.
